Yes, I do. I’ll write your press release and send it to the right journalists and editors, with a personal pitch that explains why your story is worth covering.

I regularly work with Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter), and I can also help with LinkedIn or TikTok depending on what suits your audience. I’ll help you share the right message in the right way for each platform.

It all starts with knowing who you’re trying to reach. I adjust the tone and style depending on whether we’re speaking to parents, professionals, customers, or the media—always keeping it clear and relatable.

I charge £200 per day or £22 per hour, depending on the type of support you need.

The £200 day rate works well for bigger projects or ongoing support—like planning and delivering a launch, writing multiple pieces of content, or managing media outreach over a few weeks or months. For example, if you need 10 days of support spread over 3 months, this rate allows for flexibility and deeper involvement without counting every hour. It’s ideal for when you want a more collaborative, consistent working relationship.

The £22 hourly rate is perfect for smaller, one-off tasks—like writing a single press release, reviewing your messaging, or giving feedback on your social media content. It’s a good option if you just need a bit of support here and there, or want to test things out before committing to a larger project.

Either way, I’ll always give you a clear quote upfront, so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises.

13. Do you work with Welsh-language content or audiences in Wales?

Yes! I’m based in Wales and often work on projects with Welsh audiences. I also support Welsh-language content where needed, and I care about making communications inclusive and accessible.
